Job summary

Docplanner in the United States is seeking an AI Senior Product Manager to shape AI-powered patient engagement experiences that scale with healthcare context and data. You will lead strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, data, legal and AI teams, and drive AI-native product development from discovery to launch.

You will work on conversational interfaces, prompt optimization, and data-informed product improvements to increase engagement, retention and trust across patient journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building digital consumer products.
• Strong product thinking and user-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI-powered patient engagement strategy and roadmap.
• Identify high-impact AI problems and prioritize solutions.
• Design personalized healthcare journeys using AI-native approaches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal and AI teams.
• Move quickly from research to validation, launch and iteration with AI workflows.
