Job summary

Docplanner is the leading patient-doctor marketplace in many markets, connecting over 100 million patients monthly with care providers. We drive product-led growth by optimizing rankings, matching, and paid visibility products, using AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution.

You will co-own core metrics like retention and churn, partner with Success and Marketing, and shape cross-market strategies, with a flexible hybrid work model centered around our Barcelona hub and international teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in digital consumer or marketplace products.
• Fluent with SQL and able to query large datasets.
• Strong product thinking with clear link to business outcomes.
• Experience owning retention, churn, engagement metrics in a two-sided marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Co-own core success metrics for the marketplace customer base: retention, churn, and the reduction of zero-UB doctors.
• Partner with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to onboard through renewal and align profiles with bookings.
• Design differentiated success journeys for different customer segments, specialties, and maturity levels.
• Own the business logic that governs how doctors and clinics are ranked, matched, and surfaced across marketplace search and listings.
• Balance patient experience and doctor outcomes with commercial objectives and define guardrails for balance.
• Define evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and experiments to improve ranking quality.
• Own the roadmap and business logic for paid visibility products (First Class and Media360).
• Use SQL and analytics tools daily to size opportunities and validate decisions; build dashboards and experiments.
