Job summary

FULLTHROTTLE is seeking a hands-on Product Manager in the United States to own core platform capabilities from prototype to launch. You will prototype features, write requirements, and work with Engineering through delivery and QA, owning the operational backbone and ensuring monetization with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

You will drive AI-native tactics, write clear specs, and collaborate across teams to move fast and ship new capabilities on a predictable cadence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, MarTech, product, or digital media platform roles.
• A builder. You are happiest making things, with a track record of shipping.
• Fluent with AI tools and comfortable using them to prototype, spec, and build.
• Strong understanding of programmatic media, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, and ad servers.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized. You can own the operational backbone without being told to.
• Confident communicator across technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prototype new tactics, workflows, and AI features to pressure-test ideas; use AI tools daily to spec, mock, and build quickly.
• Write crystal clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for Engineering before development.
• Collaborate with Engineering through cycle delivery and QA; own validation before and after release.
• Own day-to-day product operations: backlog hygiene, roadmap docs, releases, tooling, status communication.
• Hand finished features to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing with context and positioning for quick monetization.
• Research AdTech trends and surface friction and opportunity gaps with customers.
