Overjoy is hiring our first Product Manager to own a core area of the Overjoy product end-to-end— from customer discovery through spec, build, and launch. You’ll work close to customers and code: talking to brands to understand real problems, turning insights into specs, prototyping fixes in Claude Code, and partnering with engineering to ship.

This is a builder’s PM role with autonomy to shape what to build next, owning signals and outcomes more than roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Sit naturally between customers and engineering, translating one to the other.
• Ramp on complex, fast-changing products.
• Sharp product judgment to trim to what matters.
• Excited to prototype with AI tools and ship small features.
• Ask sharp questions and translate insights into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, spec, prioritization, launch, metrics.
• Run discovery calls to surface real insight, not feature wishlists.
• Turn customer pain into precise, engineer-ready problem statements and specs.
• Prototype and ship small fixes using Claude Code.
• Partner with engineering and design to scope, sequence, and ship.
• Define success metrics up front and hold work to them.
• Lead launches end-to-end: comms, education, follow-up.
• Dogfood Overjoy and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
