ThriveCart is seeking a product manager/design lead to own the end-to-end AI-enabled product experiences. You’ll validate problems, design solutions, and write tickets for engineering to build, shaping how creators sell, market, teach, and monetize with AI at the core.

You’ll pair product discovery with rapid prototyping, using AI tools to speed up workflows and deliver customer value. This is a remote role with a fast-growing SaaS platform.

Formación

• 3–5 years of shipped product work from problem to outcome.
• PM skills: discovery, prioritization, briefs, tickets, and working with engineers.
• Real experience designing with AI and daily use of AI tools.
• E-commerce experience: checkout, conversion, payments, merchant and buyer sides.

Responsabilidades

• Discover: talk to customers, analyze data, size opportunities.
• Define: write briefs with audience, success metrics and scope.
• Design: create flows and visuals including AI behavior.
• Prototype: build AI-enabled prototypes and test with real inputs.
• Specify: write clear, build-ready tickets with acceptance criteria.
• Ship: collaborate with engineers through delivery and review outcomes.
• Measure: track post-launch outcomes and iterate.
• Define quality: set the bar for AI outputs.
• Maintain consistency of design language across the ecosystem.
