Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next generation of AI-powered procurement experiences. You will own strategy and execution across supplier/contract intelligence, obligations, renewals, amendments, risk insights, and procurement workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of procurement, legal contracting, enterprise workflow, and applied AI. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to turn ambiguous problems into trusted, measurable products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS or related domains.
• Own products from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate complex workflows into clear product experiences.
• Ability to analyze data, define metrics, and drive decisions.
• Familiarity with AI product development and human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for procurement AI products.
• Understand procurement/legal workflows: obligations, renewals, amendments.
• Identify opportunities where contract intelligence adds value.
• Design experiences linking contract data to workflows and insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, data, and design on architecture and UX.
• Define AI quality metrics: accuracy, latency, coverage, trust, value.
• Build feedback loops for user review and action on AI outputs.
• Make enterprise workflows feel simple, explainable, and controllable.
• Lead customer discovery, design-partner programs, usability testing.
• Translate evidence into clear requirements and execution plans.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and adoption.
• Drive from discovery through post-launch measurement and iteration.
