Job summary
Corpay is seeking a Product Manager - Prepaid to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery of prepaid capabilities across Corporate Payments. You will partner with leadership to translate market needs into a customer-centric product vision and drive cross-functional execution in a virtual environment.
The role emphasizes AI-driven discovery, prototyping, and automation to improve onboarding, funding, visibility, controls, and reporting, while ensuring security, compliance, and measurable business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech or SaaS.
- Experience managing customer-facing B2B software and prepaid programs.
- Strong understanding of prepaid products, payments operations, and reconciliation.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate product research and prototyping.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled capabilities in production environments.
- Ability to translate insights into clear product priorities and execution plans.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to translate long-term priorities into a customer-centric product vision and roadmap.
- Own discovery, prioritization, and delivery of prepaid capabilities across setup, issuance, funding, and reporting.
- Leverage AI, automation, analytics to improve customer experience and streamline workflows.
- Develop AI-enabled concepts and features for prepaid use cases including insights and guided workflows.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Meet with customers, partners, and field teams to validate concepts and gather feedback.
- Translate business objectives into clearly defined requirements, user stories, and specs.
- Create prototypes, including AI-assisted designs, to validate ideas before development begins.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, value, feasibility, security, and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, UX, AI/ML, sales, marketing, and success teams.
- Coordinate with product owners and agile teams to deliver maximum value.
- Define success metrics and monitor adoption and performance for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate Generative AI and workflow optimization.
- Support go-to-market planning with Marketing and Sales for launch plans and enablement materials.
- Advocate for the product with executives, customers, and partners through updates and success stories.
