Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
- At least 3 years of product management or related role in healthcare/tech.
- Experience with healthcare Payment Integrity or Revenue Integrity solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Strong data-driven decision making using customer insights and financials.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to prototype and ideate.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned products aligning with customer needs and business goals.
- Lead products through the full lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Translate insights into clear product requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Leverage AI tools to prototype concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales, legal, pricing and finance to launch enhancements.
- Evaluate market trends, product performance and financials to identify opportunities.
- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive readiness for launches with documentation, training and processes.
