Recruiter Drive is partnering with a construction technology company to hire a product marketer in Austin, TX. You will own positioning and messaging, build the GTM playbook, and drive launches across regional markets.
You will lead AI-powered marketing workflows, enable sales with compelling content, and collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing leadership to accelerate pipeline and customer success.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Built a product marketing function from scratch and led end-to-end GTM launches.
- Able to operate effectively with ambiguity across Product, Sales, and leadership.
- Strong aptitude for turning complex products into crisp positioning and messaging.
Responsibilities
- Positioning and messaging across segments, personas, and regions.
- Build product marketing from the ground up: audit, define playbook, execute.
- Lead GTM launches for new products, partner launches, and feature releases.
- Create sales enablement assets: battlecards, guides, one-pagers, ROI calculators, scripts.
- Design and ship AI workflows for competitive monitoring, research synthesis, and enablement.
- Oversee the website rebuild and own positioning for the upcoming site.
- Turn customer interviews and market signals into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership.
- Coach regional marketers on messaging and demand generation channels.
