Handoff, a fast-growing AI-driven startup in construction tech, is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Austin. You will own the roadmap and strategy for a core product area, leading a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to turn complex contractor problems into simple, high-impact solutions.

You’ll combine strong judgment with customer obsession, operating in a fast-paced environment to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in vertical SaaS and high-growth startups.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products; AI experience preferred.
• Track record of owning meaningful product areas from strategy through launch and adoption.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, research, experimentation, and prioritization.
• Able to work closely with engineers and designers in agile environments.
• Excellent writing and communication; able to produce crisp specs and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the squad roadmap, strategy, execution, and outcomes for a core product area.
• Identify and prioritise high-leverage problems and tradeoffs.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery and translate insights into specs and user stories.
• Partner with engineering and design from discovery to launch and beyond.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and drive improvements in adoption and retention.
• Update roadmap and communicate direction across leadership and GTM teams.
• Translate features into benefits and customer outcomes to support sales and onboarding.
• QA and polish flows to edge cases before launch.
