Job summary

Buildertrend, a leading residential construction management platform, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, AI, to shape growth by translating AI capabilities into customer value for contractors.

You will lead GTM, craft messaging, enable sales, and collaborate across product, demand gen, and customer success to drive adoption and revenue. This role blends strategic storytelling with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 6 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching products or features and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
• Strong messaging and positioning skills for nontechnical audiences.
• Experience partnering with sales and customer success to develop enablement content.
• Ability to gather input across the organization and drive forward initiatives.
• Relationship builder with strategic thinking and collaboration.
• Curious about customers and builders/remodelers.
• Portfolio or examples of product launches and sales enablement materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop thought leadership and competitive content.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve work and ensure quality.
