Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a strategic thinker to build and scale the Partner Marketplace, a destination for customers to discover AI agents, apps, integrations and services. You will define partner listings, workflows and discovery with product and engineering teams.

You will expand partner onboarding, enablement and growth using AI-powered experiences, while ensuring top partners receive focused support and collaboration across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience building or operating marketplaces or developer ecosystems.
• Ability to design partner programs, onboarding and enablement.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on activation and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the ElevenLabs Partner Marketplace from concept to growth.
• Grow customer demand by integrating partner solutions across channels and campaigns.
• Develop AI-powered partner experiences to onboard, activate and grow partners at scale.
• Drive activation and measurable revenue from partner programs and ecosystem.
