Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Lead Member of Technical Staff to drive the Residential Gateway Operations engineering agenda. You will design platforms that ingest telemetry from millions of devices, build AI-enabled workflows, and automate remediation at scale.

You will collaborate across engineering, product, software development, and operations to enhance platform reliability and customer experience, leveraging cloud-scale analytics and AI.

Qualifications

• Requires strong software and systems engineering background.
• Experience with AI technologies, LLMs or related frameworks is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software platforms that ingest, analyze, and act on telemetry from millions of residential broadband devices.
• Build AI-enabled applications and operational workflows utilizing LLMs, agents, and machine intelligence.
• Create large-scale analytics and automation solutions to identify defects and issues before incidents occur.
• Develop automated root cause analysis across network, device, software, and customer data.
• Design and implement automated remediation solutions with minimal human intervention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform reliability and customer experience.
