Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IS, or Data Analytics required.
• 0–2 years in operations, analysis, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in AI or automation for business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel and comfortable with data metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Mortgage Operations leaders to map processes.
• Analyze workflows to identify manual or time-consuming tasks.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to automate.
• Document current and design future-state workflows with AI.
• Translate challenges into requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Assist design, testing, and scaling of AI solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for visibility of performance.
• Gather feedback and monitor improvements for further opportunities.
• Help measure impact on efficiency, turnaround time, and capacity.
• Coordinate multiple AI initiatives with stakeholders.
