Campspot is building an AI-powered marketing product for campground and RV park operators. You will own the product, define what we build and in what order, and partner with marketing and customer success to gain insights.

You will lead with the Head of Product, collaborate with engineering and design, and ensure a trusted experience for small business owners deploying budget and brand-sensitive software.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of taking features from idea to launch.
• Experience with AI-powered products (LLM workflows, copilots, or generative tooling).
• Judgment to scope AI capabilities and avoid over-promising.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and experiments.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on non-technical users.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a new product context.
