Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years owning lead generation and a pipeline number.
• Hands-on, daily use of AI tools for content, research, analytics and campaign execution — and a portfolio that shows it.
• Proven results growing a brand and pipeline for a professional-services or technical firm.
• Strong command of a CRM and marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Comfort with data: you set up tracking, read the numbers and make the call.
