Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years owning lead generation and a pipeline number.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for content, research, analytics and campaign execution with a portfolio.
• Proven results growing brand and pipeline for a professional-services or technical firm.
• Strong command of a CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Comfort with data: set up tracking, read numbers and make the call.
• Clear, sharp writing and ability to keep technical content accurate.
• Self-starter who moves fast and owns outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run multi-channel demand generation — LinkedIn, paid search, email nurture, webinars and events.
• Use AI tools to identify target accounts and personalize outreach at scale.
• Run account-based marketing for Fortune 500 buyers in coordination with BD.
• Own the CRM and marketing automation stack with clean data and lead handoffs.
• Track cost per lead, pipeline, and win rate by channel; reallocate budgets accordingly.
