Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Data Visualization Architect to modernize how Marketing performance is measured, analyzed, visualized, and communicated across the organization. You will own the reporting and analytics layer across Marketing and partner with multiple teams to drive insights.

You will also collaborate on AI-enabled analytics, data governance, and scalable semantic models, shaping the GTM analytics foundation for an AI-driven enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Analytics or BI.
• Deep knowledge of BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong Salesforce CRM data understanding and B2B funnel metrics.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure.
• Strong SQL and data modeling across multiple systems.
• Experience with attribution, pipeline reporting, and Marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

• Build executive dashboards and reporting across Marketing performance, pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.
• Define consistent KPIs, metric definitions, and visualization standards across Marketing.
• Turn complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Modernize reporting through self-service analytics, automation, and AI-assisted insight generation.
• Connect and model data across Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other GTM systems.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Finance, Data, and system owners to ensure data is structured and accessible for analytics.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and scalable reporting solutions.
