Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Distinguished Engineer in distributed systems and data engineering.
• Deep expertise with distributed database engines for mixed transactional and analytical workloads.
• Proven experience architecting real-time data replication and streaming at scale.
• Strong background in multi-tenant SaaS data architecture with tenant isolation models.
• Experience modernizing large-scale data infrastructure and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term architectural vision for a unified multi-tenant data platform.
• Architect real-time data movement and streaming backbones with multi-consumer access.
• Design a layered data architecture with governed access and data contracts.
• Lead cross-team alignment and defend architectural choices to executives and security stakeholders.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the data architecture bar across the organization.
