Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via Zoom, phone, and email.
• Qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) using a consistent framework.
• Nurture leads through in-depth conversations and educate prospects.
• Uncover business pain, quantify impact, and document it for the AE.
• Position ClickUp’s platform and AI capabilities credibly to prospects.
• Use AI tools for research, personalization, and CRM hygiene; edit outputs for authenticity.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of lead interactions and qualification status in CRM.
• Deliver comprehensive AE handoffs with a clear qualification summary and pain context.
• Provide detailed feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and messaging.
• Occasionally perform cold outreach, focusing on inbound signals.
• Share effective talk tracks and AI workflows with the team.
