You will design and implement modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to drive insights, decisions, and outcomes across enterprise transformation initiatives. The role requires 8–15 years in digital manufacturing consulting, strong MES/SCADA expertise, and proven leadership and stakeholder-management
Qualifications
- 8-15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
- Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise.
- Proven experience demonstrating problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management.
- AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
- Team leadership, planning, and delivery governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
- Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
- Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
- Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).
- Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
- Manage senior stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations.
- Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
- Deliver AI‑driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
- Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.
