Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to drive AI-powered manufacturing transformations for global clients. You will lead the design and implementation of modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes.

This role spans strategy, technology, and execution, mentoring teams, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end projects from design to realization within Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent Industry

Qualifications

8–15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
Team leadership, planning, and delivery governance experience.

Responsibilities

Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).
Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
Manage risks, vendors, and ensure sustainable manufacturing operations.
