Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a seasoned AI-enabled transformation leader to drive digital manufacturing programs for global clients in an AI-first world. You will steer design and deployment of advanced factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes across strategy, technology and execution.

Qualifications

• 8 - 15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
• Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
• Proven experience demonstrating problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• AI literacy and experience applying analytics or automation in manufacturing.
• Team leadership, planning, and delivery governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
• Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
• Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
• Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).
• Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
• Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
• Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
