Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager in Intelligent Industry to drive AI-enabled digital manufacturing transformations for global clients. You will design and implement modern factory platforms, leveraging AI and analytics to boost insights, decisions, and outcomes, bridging strategy, technology and execution.

You will lead end-to-end client projects, mentor teams, and manage senior stakeholders while shaping scalable, compliant solutions with a focus on ROI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

8-15 years in digital manufacturing consulting.
Strong MES, SCADA, automation platform expertise and implementation experience.
Proven experience with problem solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead client projects to deliver AI-powered manufacturing improvements.
Advise on current and future factory platforms for ROI-driven outcomes.
Design and plan modern MES and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions.
Define IT/OT integration using industry standards (ISA-95/88).
Mentor teams, promote AI literacy, and drive scalable delivery.
Manage senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.
Develop proposals and RFPs highlighting AI benefits and impact.
Deliver AI-driven manufacturing solutions by leading end-to-end client projects from design through execution.
