Jerry.ai is hiring a Legal Operations professional to build and optimize our core legal processes using AI and low-code tools. You will own projects from start to finish, working with our Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient execution.

The role offers remote work with some in-person options at select offices, and a strong emphasis on ownership, impact, and rapid learning in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a rigorous program is required.
• Demonstrated ability to own projects from start to finish with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate core legal processes, leveraging AI and low-code tools.
• Manage filings, deadlines and audits with consistency and precision.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams on substantive projects.
• Investigate escalations, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Review products for compliance risk and coordinate with Eng/PM to fix issues.
• Lead audits across operations and ensure no deadlines slip.
