Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on Legal Operations professional to own end-to-end processes, from research to contract reviews, with AI-assisted workflows. You will drive automation and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering closely with the Legal Counsel across the US/Canada scope.

This role rewards ownership, problem solving, and a founder‑mentality in a startup environment, with opportunities to scale as the company expands into additional asset lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with a track record of high performance.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Manage filings, deadlines, and audits with exactness every time.
• Collaborate with our Legal Counsel on contract reviews and research.
• Automate recurring tasks to run workflows with minimal manual effort.
• Investigate escalations to root causes and develop compliance training.
• Review products for regulatory risk and coordinate fixes with Eng & Product.
• Lead audits across operations and monitor high‑risk areas.
• Ensure no deadline slips by maintaining your own organized system.
