Jerry.ai is seeking a Legal Operations lead to own end-to-end processes, automate repetitive tasks with AI and low-code tools, and ensure regulatory compliance across the US and Canada. You will drive filings, audits, and brand protection while collaborating closely with the Legal Counsel to address complex regulatory questions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish.
• Interest in using AI/technology to improve work processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead core legal operations and automate tasks using AI/low-code tools.
• Conduct legal research and contract reviews in collaboration with Legal Counsel.
• Maintain entity compliance across US and Canada and manage filings, audits, and regulatory deadlines.
• Monitor IP, manage brand protections, and handle consumer escalations.
