Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer onboarding or success, a strong SaaS background, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and time to value.

• Configure Eve's solutions to meet customers' workflows and needs.
• Track and report on key implementation metrics and customer success indicators.
