Job summary

Eve is building AI-native legal technology and is seeking a Legal AI Architect to own intake as a distinct discipline. You will oversee the technical build, integrations, and the client relationship throughout onboarding, ensuring a seamless, scalable experience for plaintiff firms.

You will collaborate with CSMs and integrations engineering to shape AI workflows, document playbooks, and train teams, while managing intake-focused accounts with both standard and specialized deployments.

Qualifications

• You have a J.D., or you've held a legal operations role at a plaintiffs' firm of meaningful size.
• You understand intake—call flows, lead qualification, objection handling, and what actually makes a case viable.
• You can turn operational knowledge into a technical build for AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own voice agent customization end to end for every firm in intake onboarding.
• Set up the full intake stack alongside integrations engineering (phone system integrations, CRM/DMS handoff, e-signature setup).
• Set the standard for fully onboarded intake with checkpoints and sequencing.
• Create training and documentation for the rest of the team to scale knowledge.
• Manage intake-focused accounts, including land-and-expand deals and standard vs. specialized setups.
