Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering with strong SQL and dbt experience.
• Experience with Snowflake and semantic layers like Omni or Hex.
• Experience modeling product usage and customer lifecycle data; AI-assisted tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics and customer success metrics; ensure definitions align across teams.
• Build models on the foundational data layer, instrument alerts, and document all models and metrics.
• Partner with analysts; stand up internal AI agents and build patterns for self-service in Omni and Hex.
