Qualifications

• Fluent with AI tools and able to translate legal needs into product workflows.
• Ability to understand legal requirements and convert them into precise specifications for developers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both with lawyers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and customization calls with existing customers.
• Build tailored workflows and documents using AI tooling.
• Turn lawyers' requests into precise specifications and tickets for developers.
• Own delivery, testing and quality of the finished output from start to finish.
• Turn repeated customization into scalable reusable processes.
