Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini) in daily work.
• Strong project management skills managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients at multiple levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem solving to decompose challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to enable business performance.
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps and roadmap priorities.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, tech, and vendors.
• Connect learning strategy to business outcomes with KPIs and analytics approaches.
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies embedding AI-powered tools into daily work.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities.
