Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead end-to-end learning engagements, shaping strategic visions and operating models for clients across insurance and professional services. You will weave AI insights into capability-building, and present executive-ready analyses to senior stakeholders.

You will build client trust, coordinate multi-stakeholder workstreams, and stay ahead of evolving AI practices to drive business outcomes and workforce reinvention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms in day-to-day work.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving and executive storytelling.
• Be willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and manage workstreams and timelines.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven analysis to decompose learning challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Perform learning capability diagnostics and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, and tech.
• Define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytics for L&D impact.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and frameworks for senior audiences.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market.
