Job summary

Axiom is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead AI-enabled product development within Marketing-Product. You will design, build, and launch digital training products and agent-led simulations using AI tools, often without a dedicated engineering team.

You will apply instructional design principles, collaborate with clinical SMEs, nurse educators, and operations leads to translate training needs into practical learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Manager, Product Analyst, or related role in tech.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools to create functional products or content.
• Experience in no-code/low-code environments without engineering support.
• Excellent written communication and ability to structure content clearly.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and define structure in a first-of-kind role.
• Collaborative mindset working with SMEs, non-technical stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Defines and launches AI-enabled strategy, roadmap, and delivery for measurable value.
• Applies discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decisions to prioritize work.
• Validates solutions with rapid experiments and scales successful patterns.
• Establishes success metrics and observability for model and product performance.
• Ensures security, privacy, and responsible-AI standards across platforms.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to align training with business goals.
