Axiom Technology Group is hiring a Product Manager for Sales and Support technology with Generative AI experience. Based in San Jose, CA, this on-site role leads product strategy and roadmap development for AI-powered customer interactions.

You will drive market research, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decisions to deliver innovative features that enhance sales and support workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 7 years in product management with focus on Sales/Support tech.
• Strong background in Generative AI applications for customer experience.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and platforms is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion product vision and strategy for Sales and Support tech with Generative AI.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Create and maintain a 4-quarter product roadmap; present to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, legal, and support teams across geographies.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate concepts; drive improvements.
• Define KPIs and track performance to guide data-driven decisions.
• Integrate Generative AI/Agentic AI into product features to drive automation and personalization.
