Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field with 12-15 hours of accounting coursework; minimum GPA 2.8
• Experience as Senior Auditor or 2-4 years of relevant audit experience
• Knowledge of grain origination and hedge accounting concepts

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based audits across ADM entities worldwide
• Lead audit staff on assigned engagements and review work performed
• Identify and communicate control weaknesses, including SOX observations
• Collaborate across ADM divisions to share best practices
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, including executive management
• Support audit reporting and follow-up activities
• Solve moderately complex audit and business issues with guidance from audit leadership
