Job summary

CDW LLC. is seeking an Integration & Automation Architect to design and support the integration fabric and automation layer of the MyCDW platform. The role links the ServiceNow environment with TAPR, SMTAP, and Platform Management, enabling AI-driven automation and scalable operations.

The candidate will define integration patterns, ensure security and compliance, and establish governance, monitoring, and instrumentation for observable, safe agentic operations across connected systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 10 years IT experience OR 14 years IT experience in integration architecture.
• Expertise designing enterprise integration architectures including REST/SOAP, event-driven and message-based patterns, iPaaS/middleware, ETL, and webhook/streaming integrations (preferably ServiceNow).
• Strong automation tooling experience and experience deploying automated workflows at scale.
• AI principles and agentic automation knowledge, with governance, monitoring, and instrumentation for safe operation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence strategic decisions, and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture for the MyCDW platform and oversee delivery of ServiceNow TAPR/SMTAP/Platform Management integrations.
• Define scalable, secure data-exchange contracts and API/event standards; select middleware/iPaaS approaches.
• Establish governance for data in motion and enforce integration policies across data flows.
• Architect governance, monitoring, and instrumentation for AI agents to enable scalable delivery.
• Design AI-driven and rule-based automation, predictive analytics, and automated workflows to reduce manual effort.
