Job summary

CDW is seeking an Integration & Automation Architect to design and support the integration fabric and automation layer of the MyCDW platform. You will connect CDW Managed Services' ServiceNow environment with operational systems such as TAPR, SMTAP, and Platform Management, enabling AI-driven automation that scales operations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise designing enterprise integration architectures with REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns, and iPaaS/middleware.
• Experience deploying automated workflows at scale and governance for AI-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent with 10+ years in IT/integration architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture for the MyCDW platform and oversee service delivery.
• Define integration patterns, data contracts, and security standards for scalable systems.
• Establish governance, monitoring, and instrumentation for safe, observable AI-enabled ops.
• Architect AI-driven and rule-based automation to reduce manual effort and scale delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with platform strategy and cost targets.
• Evaluate platforms, run PoCs, and create prototypes to translate strategy into reality.
