Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an Expert Software Engineer to sustain and enhance an AI-powered HR service delivery platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Workday integrations. You’ll lead cross‑functional work in AI enablement, integrations, and platform modernization to support Jefferson’s HR transformation.

You will own application enhancements, performance optimization, and incident resolution, while ensuring security and compliance with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience with enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience building AI-enabled experiences and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled employee experiences and Copilot capabilities.
• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 HR service delivery workflows.
• Maintain integrations with Workday, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Drive AI innovation, automation, and platform optimization.
• Own platform stability, lifecycle management, and incident remediation.
• Ensure security, compliance, and alignment with tech standards.
