Job summary
Jefferson is seeking an Expert Software Engineer to sustain and expand its AI-powered HR Service Delivery platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Workday integrations. You will own platform stability, lifecycle management, and enterprise-grade integrations across SharePoint and cloud technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field; 10 years preferred experience.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 (HR/Customer Service) and Power Platform.
- Experience designing enterprise system integrations (Workday, SharePoint, Teams).
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and sustain Jefferson's AI-powered HR Service Delivery platform.
- Maintain integrations with Workday, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform.
- Drive platform stability, automation, incident resolution, and release management.
- Support CI/CD and cloud-native engineering practices across the stack.
