Job summary

Veritus Agent is building the first fully AI-native voice agent platform for consumer lending and collections. You will be the main point of contact for Growth customers—from kickoff through go-live, renewal and expansion—and bridge to our Forward Deployed Engineers.

You will guide deployment journeys, ensure inputs and sign-offs, and translate updates into plain language for customers. You will drive account health, coordinate across teams, and help grow the book via renewals and expansions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a tech company or in lending/collections operations

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship for Growth accounts from kickoff to renewal.
• Run regular check-ins on agent performance and what shipped.
• Provide clear call recaps and translate updates for customers.
• Communicate with all levels of the customer's team, including executives.
