Job summary

Veritus Agent is seeking a Customer Success professional to own relationships with Growth accounts, guiding deployments from kickoff to go-live and renewal. You will work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer needs into actionable engineering tasks and translate updates back to customers.

This role emphasizes clear communication, program management, and cross-team collaboration. Location is San Francisco (hybrid in-office) with a base salary in the six‑figure range and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a tech company or lending/collections operations.
• Hands-on experience rolling out automation, AI or contact-center technology to an operations team.
• Excellent written communication and clear, concise recap skills.
• Strong verbal communication: explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Ability to manage many accounts with structured prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship for Growth accounts and drive renewals.
• Guide deployment from kickoff to go-live and adoption with measurable results.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and translate updates to customers.
• Grow the book through expansion opportunities across accounts.
