Job summary

Ridley is rebuilding the home transaction around the consumer. We're building an AI-native platform to redefine how homes are bought and sold, with AI tooling and modern cloud infrastructure at the core.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team to shape architecture, product, and engineering culture from day one. You’ll own end-to-end features across the stack, collaborating with product, design, and legal to ship secure, scalable experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience building modern full stack applications at an early-stage startup.
• Deep expertise with React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using foundation models.
• Experience building agentic systems including retrieval, tool calling, memory & orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, architecture, and implementation of features across the stack from frontend to backend to cloud infrastructure.
• Build fast, intuitive user experiences with React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
• Develop scalable backend services with Node.js and AWS.
• Design and operate cloud infrastructure using AWS services (CDK, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Integrate AI-native product experiences by incorporating frontier language models into core workflows.
• Create agentic systems that use tools, memory, retrieval, and orchestration to complete complex tasks.
