Job summary

Rechat Inc. is hiring an experienced full-stack software engineer who thrives on customer-facing work and rapid delivery. You will engage brokerage leaders, translate needs into concrete specs, and rapidly prototype using AI.

You will ship features across Rechat's APIs, build autonomous AI agents, and own the end-to-end lifecycle from call to launch and aftercare. You are comfortable reading AI outputs, debugging production code, and working with customers to ensure tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years as a full-stack software engineer with production experience.
• Strong in Node.js and TypeScript across APIs, data, frontend, and deployments.
• You build with AI daily and show results built in days rather than weeks.
• You have shipped products with direct customer input and post-launch support.
• You can read and validate AI-generated code and stand behind it in production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with brokerage leaders to surface real problems and turn them into clear specs.
• Prototype rapidly from specifications using AI to accelerate building.
• Ship prototypes to production via Rechat's APIs at a fast pace.
• Build AI agents that act autonomously with defined triggers and data access.
• Provide post-launch debugging and support for shipped features.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure customer value.
