Responsibilities

• Guide sellers from listing through close, including pricing strategy, offer analysis, negotiations, contract management, and closing coordination.
• Support buyers from first tour through closing, including showings, offer preparation, negotiation, and transaction coordination.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers navigating high-stakes decisions.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and internal operations teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.
• Deliver local market expertise across Boulder, Denver, and the Front Range.
• Communicate proactively so customers always understand status, risks, and next steps.
• Partner closely with product and operations teams to identify friction points and improve the platform over time.
• Help shape how AI and human expertise work together inside a modern real estate experience.
