Jefferson Capital, Inc. seeks an experienced software engineer to design and build modern full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, Angular, and Blazor, with a focus on AI-powered features.

You will develop AI solutions, integrate with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, and vector databases, and ensure scalable, secure APIs; collaboration with stakeholders and reviews are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing full-stack applications with modern frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise software solutions.
• Experience building secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud AI services, vector databases, and AI governance.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, Angular, Blazor.
• Build reusable software components, APIs, services, and frameworks for enterprise app development.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions, including Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Create secure and scalable REST APIs and microservices that support AI-powered business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to apply AI for efficiency and decision-making.
• Design front-end experiences with conversational AI, intelligent recommendations, and automation workflows.
• Integrate data sources with AI platforms and vector databases in cloud environments.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technology evaluations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement testing strategies, monitoring, logging, and observability for production apps.
• Stay current on AI technologies, cloud services, and software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to AI governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI initiatives.
