Jefferson Capital is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Blazor.

You will build reusable components and AI-enabled features, integrate AI platforms, and work across architecture reviews and CI/CD, ensuring secure, scalable delivery of AI-powered business solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience using C# and the .NET platform.
• Strong experience developing modern web applications using ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
• Experience designing reusable software components and enterprise application architectures.
• Knowledge of AI and ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude APIs, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or similar platforms.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and solving complex business challenges.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, Angular, Blazor, and related technologies.
• Build reusable components, APIs, services, and frameworks for enterprise app development.
• Develop and integrate AI solutions, including Generative AI and RAG.
• Create secure and scalable REST APIs and microservices for AI-powered apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven efficiency and experience improvements.
• Design front-end experiences with conversational AI, intelligent recommendations, and automation workflows.
• Integrate enterprise data sources with AI platforms and vector databases.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technology evaluations.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Implement testing, monitoring, logging, and observability for production apps.
• Stay current on AI tech, frameworks, cloud services, and best practices.
• Contribute to governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI initiatives.
