Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer, AI-Native for a leading legal tech and financial solutions client. You will design, build, test, and maintain full-stack features using C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and React or Angular.

You will write maintainable code with tests, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration across teams and offshore partners is essential in this agentic development model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL and Entity Framework Core.
• Working knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with Git-based source control, pull requests, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLMs, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or Azure OpenAI.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features using C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and React or Angular.
• Write maintainable code supported by unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Review AI-generated output for correctness, security, and architecture.
• Make sound technical and architectural decisions within an agentic engineering model.
• Collaborate with Product, Quality Engineering, stakeholders, and peers.
• Partner with offshore developers to scope assignments and maintain quality.
