Job summary

Jefferson Capital Systems is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, Angular, or Blazor. The role focuses on building AI-powered enterprise solutions and scalable microservices.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven improvements in efficiency, customer experiences, and decision-making, while ensuring security and performance across distributed systems.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/SE/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development using C# and the.NET platform.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience integrating Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong database experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or similar.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, React/Angular/Blazor.
• Build reusable components, APIs, services, and frameworks for enterprise apps.
• Develop AI solutions including Generative AI, RAG, ML services, and automation.
• Create secure and scalable REST APIs and microservices for AI-powered apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven improvements in operations and experiences.
• Develop front-end experiences with conversational AI, recommendations, analytics, and automation.
• Integrate enterprise data sources with AI platforms and vector databases.
• Optimize performance, scalability, security, and reliability across distributed systems.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and tech evaluations.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; implement testing, monitoring, and observability.
