Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development experience with 1-2 years in AI/ML application development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, AI, data science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with AI/LLM APIs and frameworks (Claude API, OpenAI API, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP).
• Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills; working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern AI frameworks.
• Build MCP servers and integrations to connect AI models with enterprise data sources and tooling.
• Develop RAG pipelines and agentic workflows for internal and client projects.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into production AI solutions.
• Create full‑stack solutions including React front‑ends, back-end APIs, and cloud AI services.
